NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Culver City California DOES RESOLVE as follows: 1. The Classification and Salary Plan labeled as Exhibit A to Resolution 2005 R065 is hereby rescinded effective August 14 2006. 2. The Classification and Salary Plan attached and labeled as Exhibit A is hereby adopted effective August 14 2006 by establishing the salary range for Claims Technician to 414. 3. The City Treasurer is hereby directed to adjust and pay salaries of the City employee in accordance with the Classification and Salary Plan adopted and approved by this Resolution effective August 14 2006.
