RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Fiesta La Ballona Committee (FLBC) take any or all of the following actions, if desired: (1) approve recommendations from the members of the Ad Hoc Subcommittees; (2) form new and/or dissolve existing Ad Hoc Subcommittee(s); and, (3) appoint two Commissioners to the newly-formed Ad Hoc Subcommittee(s).
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Staff has prepared this report as a standing Agenda Item to give the Fiesta La Ballona Committee Members an opportunity to hear and to approve recommendations from the members of their Ad Hoc Subcommittees. The current list of FLBC Ad Hoc Subcommittees, their members and the description of their respective topic areas, is provided as Attachment 1. Each of the Ad Hoc Subcommittees plays a part in organizing the Fiesta La Ballona event.
