RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council (1) approve the final plans and specifications for the Modified MOVE Culver City - Downtown Corridor Pilot Project (Project) Eastern Segment and authorize the publication of a Notice Inviting Bids; (2) authorize acceptance of grant funds from the Metro Measure M Active Transportation/First-Last Mile Multi-Year Subregional Program in the amount of $620,302; and (3) approve a related budget amendment to appropriate the grant funds to PS017 (Tactical Mobility Lane) (four-fifths vote required).
BACKGROUND
MOVE Culver City is a mobility project that envisions a city where everyone can move better - safely, comfortably, reliably, and with more joy. The Project focuses on the City's busiest and most-used travel corridors.
