BACKGROUND: Earlier this year the Human Relations Subcommittee developed and the PRCS Commission hosted two very successful presentations on human relations topics of major relevance to the community. Being fully cognizant of current budgetary constraints the Commission designed the human relations presentation series as one that has minimal fiscal impact on the City.
