RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council continue this public hearing to Monday, May 2, 2011
at 7:00 PM.
DISCUSSION
Official notice of this Public Hearing was provided indicating that this item would be
considered on February 28, 2011. Due to other pressing items requiring staff’s
attention, staff recommended the City Council continue this Public Hearing to Monday,
March 7, 2011 and again to Monday, March 28, 2011. The City Council concurred with
staff’s recommendation. At this time, staff recommends the City Council again continue
this public hearing to Monday, May 2, 2011.

That the City Council:
Continue this public hearing to Monday, May 2, 2011 at 7:00 PM.
