It is also recommended that retention funds in the amount of $21 205.88 be released to Damon Inc. after the expiration of the thirty five day lien period. BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: On November 14 2011 the City Council awarded a contract to Damon Inc. for improvements to the Veterans Memorial Building. Damon Inc. successfully completed all the work on time and under budget.
