BACKGROUND: The City Council adopted Capital Improvement Plan includes the construction of a new pedestrian traffic signal at the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Boise Avenue. This project is funded with Federal Community Development Block Grant Funds Redevelopment Agency funds and State Gas Tax funds.
