Staff recommends the City Council consider the City Council Oil Drilling Subcommittee's recommendation that the City Council exercise its authority (pursuant to Culver City Municipal Code Section 3.03.035) to take jurisdiction of the processing of the Inglewood Oil Field Specific Plan Project from the Planning Commission, including required environmental review and other related actions.


BACKGROUND
