RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council (1) discuss the Fox Hills Specific Plan, Zoning Code Text and Map Amendments; (2) adopt an Addendum to the Culver City General Plan 2045 Environmental Impact Report (EIR) under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15164; and (3) introduce an ordinance approving the Fox Hills Specific Plan, Zoning Code Text and Map Amendment, P2026-0100-SP, -ZCA, -ZCMA, to implement the Fox Hills Specific Plan.
PROJECT BACKGROUND
The Culver City General Plan 2045 and Zoning Code update went into effect on October 9, 2024.
