RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council: (1) adopt an Ordinance (Zoning Code
Amendment, ZCA P-2007168) amending Section 17.400.065 of the Culver City
Municipal Code pertaining to Mixed Use Development Standards; and (2) adopt a
Resolution establishing a Community Benefit Incentive Program.
BACKGROUND:
At the February 19, 2008 City Council meeting, the Council introduced the
Ordinance (Attachment 1) by a 4-1 vote and also directed staff to bring back the
Resolution (Attachment 2) for adoption. Both items are brought back tonight for
adoption.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this staff report.
