RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution approving the amendment to the final map for Tract Number 73978-A consisting of an addition of 7 airspace lots for the Ivy Station Project located at 8824 National Boulevard (Project).
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
On September 29, 2020, the City Council approved Final Tract Map 73978. The subject tract map modification was to add airspace lots for easement and building areas. The original map had a total of 3 ground lots and 9 airspace lots. The amended map maintains the 3 ground lots; however, it adds 7 airspace lots (lots # 13-19).
The Los Angeles County Land Development Division approved the map for mathematical accuracy, survey analysis, title information, and compliance with the California Subdivision Map Act.
FISCAL ANALYSIS
There is no fiscal impact to the approval of the Final Map for Tract No. 73978-A.
