BACKGROUND: Phase I of the project included the construction of three (3) continuous lanes on Sepulveda Boulevard the Jefferson Boulevard/Playa Street intersection to Green Valley Circle. The work completed included street widening and landscape median modification traffic signal modification disability accessibility enhancements utility relocations and other related improvements.
