DISCUSSION
Since 2012, the Planning Commission has established a total of 59 look back conditions associated with 16 different projects. The attached exhibit summarizes the projects and their associated look back conditions. The Current Planning Division will immediately commence implementation of any follow up work (studies, reports) as necessary to implement the conditions, and is developing a method of tracking them to ensure they are timely addressed. Going forward, staff will provide annual updates to the Planning Commission regarding the status and outcomes of conditions before the end of each Fiscal Year. Some of the conditions will require more time to complete technical studies and some may be resolved more quickly. However, all outstanding conditions will all be addressed over the next year.
