PRODUCER S SERVICES. Producer agrees to perform during the term of this Agreement the tasks obligations and services set forth in the Scope of Service attached to and incorporated into this Agreement as Exhibit A. 2. TERM OF AGREEMENT. The term of this Agreement shall be from the effective date pursuant to Paragraph 27 of this Agreement and shall end on the earlier of: a. September 30 2009; b. Termination pursuant to Section 22; c. Exhaustion of approved compensation pursuant to Exhibit B; d. Or as otherwise modified pursuant to Section 19. 3. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES.
