Fulwood (01/03/07) City Attorney Approval: Heather Iker (01/03/07) Staff recommends the City Council consider a recommendation from the Agenda Formatting Subcommittee concerning items related to the City Manager and reports from Councilmembers on committee meetings attended and direct staff as deemed appropriate. BACKGROUND: On October 16 2006 the Agenda Formatting Subcommittee (Councilmembers Gross and Rose) met to discuss two items referred to it by the City Council on September 11 2006. The two items are: (1) The insertion of the City Manager s name on Page 1 of the agenda; and (2) The inclusion of an item entitled CITY COUNCILMEMBERS REPORTS ON COMMITTEE MEETINGS ATTENDED.
