Presentation Presentation to the City Council Regarding the National League of Cities' Service Line Warranty Program Oscar Arras Utility Service Partners Inc. provided a presentation on the National League of Cities' Service Line Warranty Program. Discussion ensued between Council Members and the speaker regarding additional information and participating California cities. Presentation of a Proclamation in Recognition of Suicide Prevention Week 2014 Council Member Weissman presented the proclamation.
