Report on Action Taken in Closed Session Mayor O'Leary indicated nothing to report out of closed session. Invocation/Pledge of Allegiance The Invocation was given by Mayor O'Leary who asked for a moment of silence to remember those who lost their lives in the balcony collapse in Berkeley California and in Charleston South Carolina. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by West LA College President Nabil Abu Ghazaleh.
