RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council (1) approve a general services agreement with Innovation Painting Inc. to pressure wash, patch and paint the Police Station's exterior walls and trim and to wash the exterior windows in an amount not-to-exceed $74,000; and (2) authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve amendment(s) to the agreement to cover contingencies in an amount not-to-exceed $15,000, CIP No. PF-039 (Police Station Improvements).
