BACKGROUND: On December 2010 the Culver City Redevelopment Agency (CCRA) entered into a Parking License Agreement (Agreement) with Sony to utilize 250 parking spaces in the Ince Parking Structure. The term of the Agreement was one year with three one year options; the Agreement expired on December 31 2014 but was extended until February 28 2015 to allow for negotiations.
