Orders the Preparation of the Engineer s Report for the Landscape Maintenance Assessment District No. 1 (LDM#1) for Fiscal Year 2006/2007; Declares its intention to Order the Levy of Assessments for Fiscal Year 2006/2007; and Sets a Public Hearing for June 26 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Mike Balkman Council Chamber to order the levy of this assessment BACKGROUND: LMD#1 consisting of two zones was created for the purpose of providing on going maintenance of landscaping. Location maps will be included in the ordered Engineer's Report. The assessment for the District includes costs for providing complete maintenance administration and preparation of the Engineer's Report.
