BACKGROUND/ DISCUSSION: The existing sewer main pipe on Kerr Way was video inspected and determined to need replacement with a new pipe. A new eight inch diameter sewer main and sewer laterals were designed by Staff. There are six properties on Kerr Way and their sewer laterals will be reconnected at the property lines.
