RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map, P2016-0034-TTM, subject to the Conditions of Approval contained in the proposed Resolution (Attachment No. 1) in order to allow construction of 10 proposed for-sale single family dwellings on five R2 Zoned lots (two condominium units per lot) at 4044 to 4068 Globe Avenue (Project).
