Fulwood (11/21/07) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends: (1) The Redevelopment Agency and the City Council approve a budget amendment to drawdown $189 665 of traffic mitigation funds deposited with the Redevelopment Agency which could be allocated to the City s Fox Hills Area Traffic Signal Synchronization Project P 852 (2) the City Council approve a budget amendment to reduce the allocation in the amount of $143 390 from Gas Tax funds for Fox Hills Area Traffic Signal Synchronization Project P 852 and (3) Approve a budget amendment to increase the Prop C grant revenue and appropriation in the amount of $138 825 for P 852 (A 4/5ths vote is required for budget amendments). BACKGROUND: Staff submitted the Fox Hills Area Traffic Signal Synchronization Project to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Authority (Metro) 2001 Call for Projects program for funding.
