RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council continue this public hearing to Monday, May 23,
2011 at 7:00 PM.
DISCUSSION:
Official notice of this Public Hearing was provided indicating that this item would be
considered on February 28, 2011. Due to other pressing items requiring staff’s
attention, staff recommended the City Council continue this Public Hearing to
Monday, March 7, 2011, then to March 28, 2011 and then to May 2, 2011. The City
Council concurred with the staff’s recommendation. At this time, staff recommends
