Side Letter Agreement Pages 1 2 3 RESOLUTION NO 2009 R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CULVER CITY CALIFORNIA APPROVING A SIDE LETTER AGREEMENT AMENDING THE 2005 2010 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF CULVER CITY AND THE CULVER CITY MANAGEMENT GROUP. WHEREAS the City of Culver City ( City ) and the Culver City Management Group ( CCMG ) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU ) covering the period of October 1 2005 through September 30 2010; and WHEREAS Article Two Section I. E. of the MOU provides for a 4% salary adjustment effective on the pay period that includes October 1 2009 for all classifications within the CCMG bargaining unit; and WHEREAS the classifications of Assistant City Manager Chief Financial Officer Chief Information Officer Community Development Director Human Resources Director Parks Recreation and Community Services Director Public Works Director and Transportation Director (collectively Executive Management ) are represented by CCMG for wages hours and other terms and conditions of employment; and WHEREAS the City and GCMG have reached an agreement which provides for a 12 month deferral of the 4% salary adjustment for Executive Management.
