BACKGROUND/DESCRIPTION

Receive report from local residents and discuss sustainability initiatives at a Culver City multi-family complex.

Heather Village is a 404-unit condominium unit in Fox Hills that has set a goal to reach carbon neutrality by 2030, less than 7 years away. The Homeowners Association leaders and its sustainability advisors will present the steps this community is taking to transition the property from reliance on natural gas to carbon-free electricity and the funding sources being utilized to make these projects possible.
