BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: On August 11 2008 the City Council approved extending contracts with Max Paetzold and Barry Kurtz in an aggregate not to exceed fee amount of $97 200 to provide traffic engineering support to development and regional transportation projects. This spending authority has been expended.
