Nachbar (05/10/12) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 15.01 Benefit Assessment District of the Culver City Municipal Code by amending Sections 15.01.025 through 15.01.105 and adding a new Section 15.01.110 relating to benefit assessment districts. BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: At the City Council meeting of May 7 2012 the City Council introduced the Ordinance by a unanimous vote (5 0). City staff has incorporated the corrections to gender references throughout the Ordinance and made other non substantive clerical corrections per City Council s request. The Ordinance is brought back tonight for adoption. FISCAL ANALYSIS: Staff does not anticipate that the adoption of the Ordinance will have a direct fiscal effect.
