RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS)
Commissionhear updates from the members of the PRCS Commission Ad Hoc
Subcommittees and representative appointees to various outside associations and
City Committees, make comments, if any, and receive and file the report(s).
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Staff has prepared this report as a standing Agenda Item to give the Commissioners
an opportunity hear updates from their colleagues. The current list of Commission
appointments, including meeting and contact information, is attached.
FISCAL ANALYSIS:There is no fiscal impact associated with this discussion.

That the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission:
1. Hear updates from the members of the PRCS Commission Ad Hoc
