BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: On August 26 2013 the City Council awarded a construction contract to All American Asphalt. The scope of work consisted of removing and replacing two inches of deteriorated asphalt concrete with new rubberized asphalt concrete. Additionally curb and gutter were replaced where necessary.
