GAO REPORT ON USE OF EMINENT DOMAIN RELEASED The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) has released a report on the use of eminent domain throughout the United States. The report was mandated by the Transportation Treasury Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Act of 2006 which required GAO to conduct the nationwide study. For more see Page 4.
