BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: On July 25 2007 the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 2007 P014 conditionally approving Site Plan Review SPR P 2007073 to allow the construction of a 41 802 square foot 4 story 56 foot tall commercial building Administrative Use Permit AUP P 2007072 to allow tandem parking and recommending approval of Zoning Code Map Amendment ZCMA P 2007075 to change the property zoning designation from Commercial Neighborhood (CN) to Commercial General (CG) and Tentative Tract Map TTM P 2007074 to subdivide the property into 30 commercial condominium airspace units. At the City Council meeting of September 24 2007 the Council adopted Resolution No. 2007 R052 to approve Tentative Tract Map TTM P 2007074 to subdivide the property into 30 commercial condominium airspace units and introduced the Ordinance to approve the Zoning Code Map Amendment by a 4 1 vote.
