Presentation Presentation of a Commendation to the Westside Baseball Westchester Babe Ruth 14U All Star Team 2013 Babe Ruth World Series Champions Councilmember Clarke presented the commendation. A representative from the Westside Baseball Westchester Babe Ruth 14U All Star Team thanked staff and the City Council for the honor and noted their accomplishments. Community Announcements By City Council Members/Information Items From Staff Vice Mayor Sahli Wells announced a Gun Safety Teach In sponsored by the Los Angeles League of Women Voters on September 18 at Helms Bakery and the Annual Coastal Clean Up Day on September 21 at Ballona Creek.
