RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 15.02 of the Culver City Municipal Code by adding Subchapter 15.02.400 Gender Neutral Public Restroom Facilities in New Construction.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At its meeting of May 13, 2024, the City Council by a unanimous vote (5-0) introduced an Ordinance amending Chapter 15.02 of the Culver City Municipal Code by adding Subchapter 15.02.400 Gender Neutral Public Restroom Facilities in New Construction. If adopted, this Ordinance would take effect June 27, 2024, 30 days after adoption.

There is no direct fiscal impact related to the adoption of this ordinance.
