Public Notification: On May 4, 2016, a notice was posted on the site and was mailed to all the property owners and occupants within a 500 foot radius of the project site and emailed on May 6, 2016 to recipients of Planning Commission notices/GovDelivery. On May 18, 2016 a Revised Hearing Date was mailed to all the property owners and occupants within a 500 foot radius of the project site and emailed on May 18, 2016 to recipients of Planning Commission notices/GovDelivery. The notice was also published in the Culver City News on May 26, 2016.

RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning Commission:
1. Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) based on the Initial Study finding that the Project, with mitigation measures incorporated, will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment (Attachment No. 2); and
