RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Successor Agency to the Culver City Redevelopment Agency Board (Successor Agency Board) adopt a resolution (Attachment No. 1) approving an Amendment to the Revised Long Range Property Management Plan (Amendment to the Revised LRPMP) prepared pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Sections 34191.3 and 34191.5 and approving related actions.
BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34191.5, within six months after receiving a Finding of Completion from the California Department of Finance (DOF), each successor agency of a former redevelopment agency is required to submit for approval to its Oversight Board and to the DOF a Long Range Property Management Plan (LRPMP) addressing the disposition and use of the real properties of the former redevelopment agency. The Successor Agency submitted a LRPMP in July 2013. After discussions with the DOF regarding the disposition of certain assets listed in the LRPMP, a Revised LRPMP (Revised LRPMP) was approved by the DOF by letter dated March 18, 2014.
