BACKGROUND/ DISCUSSION: On February 22 2010 the City Council approved a professional services agreement with Houston & Harris PCS Inc. The project consisted of CCTV inspection services to assess the condition of the sewer system and to provide information to prioritize sanitary sewer projects for rehabilitation and maintenance.
