City Council Agenda Item Report
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council approve Parcel Map No. 68675, accept the
dedication for widening Bristol Parkway adjacent to the project as shown as Lot “A”
on behalf of the public, and authorize the necessary signatures on the map to
document such actions.
BACKGROUND:
On March 14, 2007, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 2007-P004
conditionally approving Tentative Parcel Map No 68675 for a period of three years.
DISCUSSION:
The City Engineer has reviewed the parcel map and found it to be technically
correct, in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act, to be substantially the same as
it appeared on the tentative map, and that all provisions of any local ordinances
applicable at the time of approval of the tentative map have been complied with.
FISCAL ANALYSIS:
There will be no fiscal impact with the approval of this tract map.
