Fulwood (2/21/06) Staff recommends the City Council receive and file the updated accomplishments for calendar year 2005 to the Short and Long Term Outcomes of the adopted Community Cultural Plan. BACKGROUND & DISCUSSION: Staff updated the accomplishments for calendar year 2005 to the Short and Long Term Goals of the adopted Community Cultural Plan ( The Plan ). The Cultural Affairs Commission (CAC) considered these updates at its regular meeting on December 13 2005 and directed staff to forward a revised copy of The Plan to the City Council. As suggested by the CAC during discussion of this item the most recent accomplishments are noted in blue on the Action Plan (beginning on p. 13 of the attached) to help distinguish them more easily from accomplishments of earlier years. Also beginning with 2005 The Plan will have the accomplishments for each year summarized separately and inserted into the document between the Timeline and the Action Plan.
