BACKGROUND: On March 12 2012 the City Council considered the award of a construction contract for Sepulveda Boulevard AIP Phase III. During the public comment period concerns were raised regarding the placement of sharrows along Sepulveda Boulevard which is a designated truck route as part of the Sepulveda AIP.
