BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: At the City Council meeting of June 10 2013 the City Council introduced the ordinance by a unanimous vote (5 0). Tonight the ordinance is brought back for adoption. FISCAL ANALYSIS: Staff does not believe that the ordinance will result in a significant increased burden on staff.
