Nachbar (08/03/11) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council: (1) accept the work performed by Minagar & Associates Inc. for the Citywide Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (TLSP) (2) authorize the recordation of the Notice of Completion; and (3) authorize the release of the retention funds in the amount of $20 276 upon expiration of the 35 day lien period. BACKGROUND: The City Council approved the submission of a grant application for funding through the State of California Proposition 1B TLSP in March 2008. The City received approval in the amount of $550 000.
