WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Culver City desires ti proceedings for considering the annual assessment levy for the City's sewer charge pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 5.02.035 of Chapter Culver City Municipal Code in what is known and designated as SEWER LP SERVICE CHARGES; and WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Culver City desires tc the proceedings for the annual levy of the assessments as required by Articl and (D) of the Constitution of the State of California (Proposition 218); and WHEREAS these proceedings for the annual levy of assessm relate to the fiscal year commencing July It 2009 and ending June 30 2010.
