Fulwood (05/04/06) That the City Council adopt a Resolution that: 1. 2. 3. Orders the Preparation of the Engineer s Report for the Sewer User Service Charge for Fiscal Year 2006/2007; and Declares its Intention to Order the Levy of Assessments for Fiscal Year 2006/2007 that will include a 10% increase; and Duly notices and sets the Public Hearing for June 26 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Mike Balkman Council Chamber to order the levy of this assessment. DISCUSSION: Based on potential rising costs imposed by the City of Los Angeles a ten percent (10%) increase is proposed as part of this year s Sewer User s Service Charge Assessment. It is the City s intent to order the annual assessment levy and collect assessments including the 10% increase for the Sewer User s Service Charge as will be described in the ordered Engineer s Report.
