RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Equity and Human Relations Advisory Committee: (1) review, discuss, and update, as deemed appropriate, the draft January 2026 biannual report; (2) approve of the January 2026 biannual report with any agreed upon edits; and (3) authorize transmittal of the January 2026 biannual report to city council.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Every six (6) months, each of the City's Commissions, Boards, and Committees (CBCs) must provide the City Council with a report that includes a list of accomplishments and proposed activities, projects, or agenda items.
At the January 27, 2026, regular meeting, EHRAC will review, discuss, and complete the drafting of the January 2026 Biannual Report. (Attachment 1)
The report should contain the following:
I. EHRAC's accomplishments from July 2025 through December 2025; and
II. EHRAC's upcoming projects, events and/or activities from January through June 2026.
Once approved, the completed January 2026 Biannual Report will be submitted to the City Clerk's Office to be reviewed, received, and filed by the City Council...
