RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council consider the adoption of an Ordinance No. 2005-
____, to repeal existing Title 17, Zoning Code, of the Culver City Municipal
Code and adopt new Title17, Zoning Code, of the Culver City Municipal
Code as outlined in Exhibits A and B attached thereto.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
At the September 26, 2005 City Council meeting, the Council introduced the
Ordinance by a unanimous (5-0) vote. The Ordinance is now before the
Council for adoption.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None anticipated.
