RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council (1) award a construction contract to Concept Consultant, Inc., as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in the amount of $351,453 for the Farragut Connector Demolition and Replacement Project; (2) authorize the Public Works Director to approve change orders to the Concept Consultant, Inc. contract in an amount not-to-exceed $52,718 to cover contingency costs (15%); (3) approve an amendment to the Linda Endler Design agreement increasing the amount by $5,000 (from $49,950 to $54,950) to complete additional tasks not contained in the original scope of work; (4) and approve a related budget amendment appropriating $215,653.50 from the General Fund Unassigned F...
