BACKGROUND: On December 13 2010 the City Council approved the use of fiscal year 2011/2012 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds as recommended by the City s CDBG Advisory Committee for the Sherbourne Drive Street Resurfacing Project. This street segment was the City s pavement management system. The scope of work consists of cold milling two inches of the deteriorated roadway pavement reconstructing sections of localized failures and overlying new two inches of new asphalt concrete.
