BACKGROUND: The history of this project is contained in the attached May 22 2006 City Council Agenda Item Report (Attachment 1). At said meeting the City Council approved the following motions: 1. Approve a professional services agreement with Geo Environmental Inc. for the final design of the slope repair behind the properties located at 10745 10749 and 10751 Cranks Road and 5722 and 5724 Tellefson Road 2.
