RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that EHRAC review and discuss the current list of ad hoc subcommittees, dissolve those that have completed their tasks and purpose, consolidate any similar subcommittees, and develop any new applicable ad hoc subcommittees, as deemed appropriate.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
An ad hoc subcommittee is created for a limited purpose and duration. The EHRAC currently has eleven (11) ad hoc subcommittees that were formed for various equity-related initiatives, events, and projects in accordance with EHRAC's Work Plan. This action item is for discussion of the list of subcommittees to determine which ad hoc subcommittees can be dissolved, which subcommittees can be consolidated, and which ad hoc subcommittees need to remain in existence until completion of their task. The goal is to reduce the overall number of EHRAC ad hoc subcommittees.
FISCAL ANALYSIS
There are no fiscal impacts from discussion of this item.
